A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Illinois Licensed Adoption Agencies

To protect the rights and well-being of children, birth parents and adoptive families, Illinois law requires all Illinois agencies providing adoption services to be licensed by DCFS, and the law requires all out-of-state and foreign adoption agencies to be otherwise licensed, registered or approved by DCFS.
