LAC Latino Workforce Equity Subcommittee

The Latino Workforce Equity (LWE) Subcommittee will gather and analyze existing agency data and reports which focus on issues, trends and patterns impacting the Latino representation in the child welfare workforce. The committee will focus on DCFS and Child Welfare Contributing Agency (CWCA) staffing equity, including recruitment, retention, employment, professional development and other issues as they arise. The committee shall educate, empower and advocate on behalf of the Latino community we serve and Latino staff based upon their findings.
